Sneinton St. Stephen’s is proud to be part of Transform Trust — a family of primary schools across the East Midlands.
Transform has its roots here at Sneinton St. Stephen's.
Under the leadership of our former Headteacher Rebecca Meredith CBE, the school achieved its first Outstanding judgement from Ofsted in 2011.
Alongside this commitment to excellence was a growing commitment to sharing practice and learning with others. Sneinton St. Stephen's became a National Teaching School and established the Transform Teaching School Alliance, developing teachers and leaders and supporting improvement across other schools.
In 2013, Transform Trust was founded, building on this belief in the value of schools learning from and supporting one another. Rebecca is now the Trust’s Chief Executive.
That connection has continued. Our subsequent Headteacher, Kelly Lee, now serves as Transform’s Chief of School Improvement, continuing Sneinton’s longstanding contribution to leadership and school improvement across the Trust.
Today, being part of Transform gives our children and staff opportunities to learn, collaborate and take part in experiences beyond our school, while Sneinton continues to share its expertise and contribute to education more widely.
